Home Based Operations Support Coordinator
Position available for an detail oriented, organized, and responsible Operations Support Coordinator (Part-time) to work from home.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Candidate Tracking, which consists of coordinating and tracking the hiring of new sales reps through hiring process.- Set-up new reps in Sparta systems (HR, Payroll)
- Submit background checks on vendor website, monitor results, and record in Sparta systems
- Submit necessary information to client for rep badging (MUST be able to meet 11:00 AM Deadline)
- Follow up with field management on missing items
- Maintain Candidate Pipeline Report to track status
2.Order entry, which consists of coordinating sales receipts and entering them into company based system.
- Receive orders from field in shared e-mail inbox, and follow up on missing orders
- Enter orders in Sparta systems
- Print entry report from Access Database
- Must be computer literate and possess working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Must have a home office or similar environment
- Must have broadband connection
- Must have printer, fax, scanner and the ability to use them
- Prefer candidates located in Coppell, Lewisville, Carrollton, Frisco, W. Plano area for training and weekly meetings.
- Must be available part time 15-25 hours per week; however, may become full time
- Must be willing to transfer from home office to physical office location in above area.
- Must be available to work mornings due to an 11:00 AM deadline.
