Work at Home Assistant Manager
Beauty/cosmetics startup company is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Account Manager in NYC to meet with and handle any issues related to the company’s major fashion and beauty accounts. The company designs virtual makeover kiosks and tools for top fashion and beauty brands.
Responsibilities:
-providing support related to the accounts
-sending all client feedback in meetings to the company's technical team
-attending meetings and showcasing the companies beauty/cosmetics products to major fashion magazines and beauty companies
-acting in a managerial role from the design/concept stage of a makeover tool until the prototype design, technology licensing discussions, and finally the launch of the tool and subsequent upgrades -handling urgent/emergencies associated with an account by providing immediate feedback to the company’s senior executive team
Requirements:
-excellent public speaking and meeting skills
-ability to write professional reports and maintain account documents in an organized fashion
-interest in fashion/beauty as well as working knowledge of the major fashion magazines and beauty brands
-working knowledge of Powerpoint
Qualifications:
-graphic design skills and/or fashion/beauty work experience
-a Bachelors or equivalent
-2-4 years of working experience in a fashion/beauty company
Other information:
-this can be either a part-time or full-time job
-since the company does not have an office in New York currently, the candidate will be working mostly from home
-salary is $15/hour
