Remote Email Support Engineer
Position is available for a part-time Support Engineer to provide email support to clients of company product. Duties will typically not exceed 1-2 hours per day. Can be performed remotely at any location.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client emails within 8 hours of receiving them to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and assist with occasional customer support responses (Can be performed as emails come in, or at one point in the day).
- Knowledge of networking and computer administration on Macs, PC, Linux
- Ability to research and troubleshoot problems
- Experience using mobile devices such as iPhone
- Excellent writing skills
Location: Anywhere
