Work from Home Systems Engineer
Company is currently seeking a local Systems Engineering Manager. Job will begin with a modest salary performing a variety of responsibilities. Once established, you will manage the buildup of professional business services.
Requirements:
- Maintain flexibility and be willing to split time between taking support calls for current clients (40%); selling, preparing, and delivering pre-sales and billable post sales implementation support (40%); managing various internal projects (20%)
- MUST have minimum 5 years experience working with network operatiing systems and messaging related applications.
- MUST be geographically local to the East Bay area
- MUST hold a four year college degree
- MUST be able to demonstrate leadership/management experience that shows the candidate is capable of building a profitable professional services department.
- MUST demonstrate ability to create, manage, and execute a successful IT Project plan.
- MUST demonstrate customer service and analytical skills with ability to think through sets of complex problems, as well as, create and implement appropriate solutions
- MUST possess the ability to adapt and learn in a virtual, fast paced, changing environment
Special consideration will be given to candidates with expertise in applications and technologies relevant to position.

Location: From Home/SF Bay area
Compensation: $50k year base + commission ($62k at year one goal) + 80% health benefits for employee dependents (Kaiser). Unlimited growth and income opportunity.
