Education/Parenting Content Writers

Education/Parenting Content Writers are needed for immediate contract job! Job entails creating Back to School articles for parents of preschool – grade 12 children. Must be available for immediate work – completely telecommuting opportunity!

Pay is $100 flat rate fee for each 600-800 word article. Ideally looking for 5 individuals to take on 10 articles each. Work would start immediately.

For consideration:

• Send a sample article to give us a sense of your writing style. Readers expect an approachable style, not an academic one – with concrete, actionable tips. Best content has quotes from experts in introduction and bulleted tips that give parents a takeaway. (PLEASE NOTE:  Nothing will be published without your permission and payment.) You will not be considered without a sample article.
• Paste your article directly into your email. NO ATTACHMENTS PLEASE!
• Put “writer position” in the subject line of your email. No need for resume, just send bio if relevant experience
• Please consider the fact that many writers will send general articles on preparing for back to school – try to pick something a more unusual or niche as your topic.

Compensation: $100/article, each contract is for $1,000 for two weeks work
