Remote Web App Server Specialist
IMMEDIATE opening for a Web Application Server Specialist to work remotely from home! Prefer candidates who reside in Corona, Pasadena and Walnut Creek, CA. Requirements:
- 5 years experience supporting WebSphere 5, 6.0, 6.1
- Good understanding of how to troubleshoot multi layer configurations (ie: network, load balancer, web server, app server, database)
- Understand multi cell management with Network Deployment Manager
- Understand Mutual Authentication and basic security (ie: SSL and certificates)
- JACL/Python websphere scripting
- Know Operating Systems: AIX, Solaris, Linux, Wintel platforms
- Know web servers: Apache, HIS
- Apache/HIS plugins: webgate
PLEASE NOTE: This is a long term 12 month + W2 contract position
Location: Remote/Corona, Pasadena, and Walnut Creek, CA preferred
