Work from Home Customer Service
Small, but growing company is seeking an internet savvy individual to act as a front line Customer Relations Representative and assist with online business presence while learning the bail bond business. The ideal candidate for this newly created, work mostly from home, position has the ability to connect with people over the phone, understands and can execute the sales process, and presents themselves in an articulate manner.
Customer relations and sales duties will include initial contact with inbound phone inquiries, guiding the client through the bail process, at times meeting with clients and following up after the transaction has been completed.
Web duties will depend on experience and aptitude of the individual, but may include web content writing, online marketing activities and website maintenance as directed. Understanding of Social Media and/or SEO a plus.
Company is a 24 hour business. Hours are somewhat negotiable, but will require weekends, evenings and nights. Individual must be dedicated and flexible. Will consider part-time or full-time for the right person. Bilingual a plus.
