Work at Home Office Administrator
Start-up web based education business has an opening for an Office Administrator. Company provides online Continuing Education courses to licensed health insurance brokers.
You must be a highly organized office administrator to handle these activities:
* Maintain relations with various states - already work in 29;
* Submit results after students complete courses - an on-going, routine weekly activity;
* Prepare monthly management reports on website usage, sales volumes, etc;
* Oversee our very targetted advertising and marketing campaign;
* Answer phones - customer service;
* Oversee small group of subcontractors - web designers, marketing contractors, bookkeeper, etc
Will be trained in the details, then get out of your way. Friendly, supportive but busy environment.
Flexible hours - work from home a possibility. Most of us do. 20 hours / week to start.
Location: Work from Home/Easton MA
Compensation: $15/hr to Start
