Home-based Customer Service Representative
Company is seeking a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to provide residence customers with troubleshooting assistance and customer education over the phone in order to minimize truck rolls and repeat calls, as well as, educate customers of additional services for up-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from cable customers having issues with internet, cable, or phone service.
- Walk through troubleshooting exercises with customer to try to correct an issue
- Transfer calls to Level 2 technician rep, or schedule repair truck appointment, if unable to personally resolve issues
Requirements:
- Flexible hours – Must be able to work 40 hours per week, 3pm to 12am EST Monday-Sunday, on a set schedule (flexible to extend shift to 3am if necessary)
- Company pays for initial training and offers basic and extended training options for career-minded individuals
- Must have adequate PC hardware and Broadband internet access
