Partial Telecommute Administrative Assistant

Company is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to help implement aggressive marketing and business plan in personal development field. Work 10-15 hours per week. This position starts IMMEDIATELY.  

Qualifications:  

  • Extremely organized and efficient; attention to details
  • Self starter with little need for supervision
  • Excellent telephone and skills: polished, professional, friendly (phone voice important)
  • Strong typing and proofing skills
  • 1-2 years Administrative support preferably in a Marketing capacity
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiar with E-commerce software
  • Familiar with social media

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling speaking opportunities within the Denver and Colorado area
  • Assisting with online marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating affiliate program using 1 shopping cart
  • Proofing press releases and ad copy and other materials as necessary
  • Handling logistics of mailings/marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining contact database and profiles
  • Finding information through web based research

 

Work from home but in a quiet, professional environment (no kids, dogs, etc. in background)

  • Location: Denver/Littleton CO
  • Compensation: $12/hr
