Partial Telecommute Administrative Assistant
Company is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to help implement aggressive marketing and business plan in personal development field. Work 10-15 hours per week. This position starts IMMEDIATELY.
Qualifications:
- Extremely organized and efficient; attention to details
- Self starter with little need for supervision
- Excellent telephone and skills: polished, professional, friendly (phone voice important)
- Strong typing and proofing skills
- 1-2 years Administrative support preferably in a Marketing capacity
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with E-commerce software
- Familiar with social media
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling speaking opportunities within the Denver and Colorado area
- Assisting with online marketing initiatives
- Coordinating affiliate program using 1 shopping cart
- Proofing press releases and ad copy and other materials as necessary
- Handling logistics of mailings/marketing campaigns
- Maintaining contact database and profiles
- Finding information through web based research
Work from home but in a quiet, professional environment (no kids, dogs, etc. in background)
- Location: Denver/Littleton CO
- Compensation: $12/hr
