Home Based Loan Processor/Underwriter

 Off-shore processing center is seeking a US based Senior Level Loan Processor/Underwriter for retail and wholesale mortgage companies. Will be working with individuals out of Bangalore, India and Colombo, Sri Lanka. 6-10 hours per week for 4-6 weeks and then on an ad hoc basis afterwards.  Responsibilities:

•  Launce of new client on a web-base LOS
• Assist team with setting up the loan process on the new LOS, answering their questions, and assisting them in processing the first loans.
• Need to be available in the mornings for product demonstrations.

• 4 years experience both processing and underwriting loans
• Ability to visit satellite office in Hood River a few times

This could lead to more projects and work as we are starting to see an increase in volume.

• Location: Home Based/Hood River OR
• Compensation: $35-40/hr
