Company is seeking a Customer Support representative to work on a diversity of projects, including but not limited to, marketing, sales, and customer service.

- Must be comfortable working in a transitioning, fast-paced environment which constantly demands the development of new skills.
- Must have critical thinking and agile problem solving skills
- Must have obsessive attention to detail and follow through
- Must possess exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to establish rapport and deal tactfully with persons from various cultural backgrounds
- Ability to maintain calm manner in stressful situations
-Strong computer & internet skills
-Must be able to access a reliable internet connection and work from home
-Superior customer service, phone and email communication skills
-Some Account Management and Sales experience preferred, but not necessarily required
-Eager, outgoing and friendly personality
-Independent work style, self-management experience
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Able to work flexible hours, must be available to work nights and weekends
-Must be able to work 20-35 hours per week, as the schedule requires

Compensation: $13.50
