Offsite Technical Writer
Data Integration solutions company is seeking a Technical Writer for a Temp to Hire position. A Senior candidate would have the option to work from home and travel to the Greenville office occasionally.
Responsibilities:- Directed and Independent Training Documentation: Develop and recycle slides and notes in PPT for End-User training, as well as instructions for a “hands on lab.”
- Conceptual Documentation: Create text and schematics for core software products, aka “Plain Vanilla Conceptual Docs”
- Reference Documentation: Annotation is needed for Proprietary Development language
Requirements:
- MS Business Intelligence Development Studio (i.e. Integration and Analysis)
- MS Visual Studio
- SQL Server Management Studio
- SQL Queries (i.e. simple to moderately complex)
- Multi-Directional OLAP
- PowerPoint Presentations
- Building reports in:
- Excel
- SQL
- PerformancePoint Server
- Microsoft Technologies
- Experience in Customer-Facing Roles
- Ability to stay "up-to-speed" with new releases
