Partial Telecommute Executive Assistant
Company has an opening for an Executive Assistant to assist in business operations. Work is Part Time, in company office or your own. Salary commensurate with experience and there is bonus potential.
Requirements:- Experienced professional with the ability to work without supervision, solve problems, set up operating systems and procedures to manage small business: Professional consulting practice, rental real estate, and retail stores.
- Must be intelligent and creative with the ability to find cost-effective operating solutions
- Must have transportation to run errands: banking, customer deliveries, etc
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and is willing to learn software and other skills to get the job done
- Expert computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)
- Willing to learn QuickBooks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
- Excellent writing and editing skills (a Plus!)
- Office savvy with ability to take initiative, along with great attitude
- Ability to be attentive, assertive and results-driven when handling any and all financial issues, such as invoicing, A/P, A/R, filing and other duties as assigned
- Experienced in reading contracts and other legal documents to gain understanding and be able to summarize for a very busy President.
- Takes ownership, is proactive, and thinks outside the box
- Strong work ethic, strive for excellence, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
