Telecommute Technology Services/Support

Company is seeking an individual for the position of Technology Services/Support personnel for FISERV system.

• Analyze and determine conversion requirements and provide conversion specifications to programming while under supervision
• Provide consultation to client before, during, and after conversion; including the development of new departmental procedures the conversion may need
• Interpret client’s existing systems and workflows through and including the balancing of conversion data
• Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution
• Maintain tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process (system studies, questionnaires)
• Provide training to the client before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of the system and online terminal assistance, as well as daily application balancing procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 1-3 years programming/systems analysis in the financial services industry, or closely related field
• Must be able to make decisions and solve problems (general in nature and have precedents)
• Must have an overall understanding of the work environment process
• Must have working knowledge of the organization with an intermediate level of technical skills to complete assignments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (good follow-up skills and attention to detail)
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Proficient in computer systems and PC use
