Virtual Corporate Paralegal
We are seeking a highly experienced, highly-motivated corporate paralegal to work with our team. You must have over 7 years corporate experience working in law firms or in-house. You must have the following expert knowledge:
Formations (all kinds and all states)
Corporate Maintenance
Transactions
Capitalization knowledge including stock options
You must be extremely professional, responsive, client-oriented and able to work virtually from your home office. Although most work will be virtual, you may be required to attend local meetings.
