Email Customer Service Job

We are an online retailer of magazine subscriptions based in Manhattan. We are looking for someone to help us with customer service. You will need to respond to customer emails. This is a freelance position. Please be able to commit 40 hours a week to this position. You must have a broadband connection at home.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emails.

Qualifications
- High school diploma mandatory – college degree preferred.
- Broadband connection from home is mandatory.
- Two years of email customer service experience required. Please do not reply unless you have online customer service experience! Past experience working for an Internet company is very important.
- Work at an online e-tailer a HUGE plus.
- Good communications skills a must.

Need to have
Computer bought in the last two years.
Fax machine
Printer
Cell phone
