Remote Bilingual English/Spanish RN - TX Based

Position is available for a Bilingual English/Spanish Community Based RN. This position involves providing disease management nursing services to high risk/cost Medicaid patients in an assigned area. Candidate will educate, counsel, and deliver on-demand information to Medicaid recipients seeking assistance through specific programs.

• Must be a State Registered Nurse with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; BS Degree preferred
• Preference is given to RNs with certification/experience in case management or home health
• Must have at least 3 years recent clinical experience working with chronic asthma, diabetes, heart failure, COPD, and/or CAD patients
• Must have current CPR certification and current PPD
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, transportation, and auto insurance
• Must be an excellent communicator and have experience with MS Office Suite

Location: Remote/Travel within Texas

Compensation: $27 per hour + Bilingual + shift differentials
