Microsoft Access Programer

I handle development of Microsoft Access projects, a few with SQL Server Backends, for two large technology companies as well as do some moonlighting work that I need assistance on. All work will be done on a contract basis and work will be performed from your home and over WebEx sessions with me.

I need someone with strong skills in MS Access that can:

- Design very professional looking forms and reports
- Will meet deadline without fail
- Follows instructions and learns quickly
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Well documented and strong VBA (need a VBA coder, not a VB coder!)
- Very available via email, preferably 7 days a week

All communications with clients and initial design & development of the database and scoping of the project will be completed by me and then turned over to you to add features/forms/reports/wizards/etc.

Only very reasonable hourly rates will be considered. Except in a time crunch all work will be done on a fixed fee contract basis. Last minute jobs will be paid at the hourly rate requested. Weekly hours will vary from 5 to 30. Please include in your email any days you are not available to complete work and the max number of hours you would have available in any given week.
