Virtual Sales Assistant

Company is seeking a Virtual Sales Assistant to manage online chat sessions. Candidate will interact via chat with automotive customers shopping on several websites. Must be able to respond to inquiries within 5 seconds; maintain professionalism in communication; and possess be proficient in typing and locating information.

• Must have prior sales/customer service experience
• MUST be comfortable using computer, internet, and IM
