Contract Bilingual Phone Operator

Company is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Phone Operator to work on an Independent Contractor basis. Candidate will assist with sales fraud prevention by receiving verification calls for different industries. Hours are 3pm CST to 9pm CST OR 1pm PST to 7pm PST M-F and alternating weekends. Can choose to work from 2 – 8 hours per day.

• Must possess a quiet home office/workspace; PC with MS XP or Vista, 1GB RAM, CPU of Pentium 4 1.6GHz +; and IE 6
• Must possess MS Office Suite, functioning printer, high speed internet, and antivirus software
• Must possess an email account with a high capacity of storage space in order to receive large files
• Must possess a second phone line with no extra features to be utilized solely for work purposes
• Preference is given to candidates with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience

Location: Contract

Compensation: $9.00 per hour for weekdays and $9.50 per hour for weekends
