Academic Company Tutoring Director

At-Home Academic Tutoring Company is seeking a Tutoring Director to work 40 hours per week from home. This position entails recruiting/hiring tutors on contract; replying to clients through email and phone; assigning clients to tutors; tracking client accounts/tutors’ hours; maintaining client base; marketing; and sales.

• Must have prior experience managing a tutoring center, working in educational field, and possess a 4 year college degree
• Must have outstanding communication, organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills
• Must be able to pass criminal background and driving record checks

Location:  Remote

Compensation: Base Pay + Bonuses
