Customer Service Representative for Data Consulting Service

Opportunity is available for a Customer Service Representative to work from home for a Data Consulting Service Provider. This position involves providing callers with claim information using online system. Candidate will be required to maintain a talk time of 4 minutes or less; provide excellent documentation regarding call details; and average 75+ calls per day. Must maintain high level of professionalism and possess exceptional communication skills.

• Must possess a high school diploma
• Must own desktop computer system, printer, scanner, and possess an e-fax number

Location: Work From Home

Compensation: $11.50-$16.00 per hour depending on applicant’s cost of living scale + performance based commissions of up to $2,800 on a quarterly basis + tuition reimbursement for related coursework
