Macromdedia Flash 8 Coder/Designer

My name is Barbara Swisher, I am in the process of having a website developed. I am looking for a freelance Flash 8 coder/designer. The website is in a luxury magazine format and advertises luxury brands. The advertising is done by video and or photo slideshows.The site's home page has flash of luxury items. The home page also has a video slot for home page video broadcast and 3 slots for featured videos. What I need is a freelance streaming media specialist that can change portions of the flash and coding, when an advertiser wants to purchase an optional banner in the flash to go along with his feature video or slideshow. The item in the flash would be a picture of the product that the advertiser would provide, a button will be designed with the flash for previous, pause, next postions. Also, the optional banner flash that is coded in the series of flash has a button that when clicked will link the viewer to the home page video or 3 featured video on the home page, or the advertisers prepaid webpage.
I was told by my developer that the person I hire for after the site is developed would be knowledgable in PHP, MYSQL and Smarty, Macromedia Flash 8 and Coding. I am looking to possibly make changes once a month, providing one or more advertisers also choose the banner to compliment the video. If pricing is affordable the website may also feature specials banners.
If you need more information, please let me know. Please provide me with your cost for freelance services based on the information I have given. Upon request,I will send you a mock-up of the site, it is still being developed but you can see the flash banner. Some of the flash photos in the banner will be left as permanent. Also, I would like the cover page photo changed once a month.
