Customer Service Reps for Affiliate/PPC Product
Company seeking customer service reps for affiliate/PPC software applications. This is a 100% telecommute position.
ABOUT THE COMPANY

SKILLS/EXPERTISE REQUIRED
- Min. 1-3 years experience in serving customers on the phone, online and/or in person
- Must have solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong command of the English language, both oral and written
- Must have strong organizational skills and detail orientated
- Must be friendly, consistent, clear and positive customer oriented attitude
- Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Must be proactive in nature, quick learner, and self sufficient
- Must be cool-headed, high-energy, team oriented
- Must Have Affiliate & PPC experience:
- Affiliate Link Code
- PPC Campaigns and Landing Pages
- Ability to insert / edit affiliate links in HTML web pages.
- Working knowledge of PC computers needed to support a software application.
- Active Affiliate & PPC accounts that you currently drive traffic through is a huge bonus!
- Provide first class customer support to ensure that every customer leaves with a great impression of customer support department.
- Actively monitor Helpdesk for any open tickets and offer solutions and thoughtful replies to customers.
- Monitor other points of contact including Forums, Diagnostics, Live Chat, Webinars
- Above all, provide a customer experience that is second to none.
- (Optional) Use software to track and optimize your personal Affiliate / PPC Campaigns
