Lead Blogger and Editor - Local Neighborhoods

Web Content Provider has an opportunity available for a Lead Blogger/Editor to work from home. Candidate will be assisting consumers with knowledge pertaining to the values of their homes based on the particular taxonomical information regarding the neighborhoods they reside in.

• Must be able to manage, edit, and write current articles focused on neighborhood real estate news as it applies to home values: i.e., schools, ecosystem, culture, etc
• Must be level-headed and work well in high stress situations
• Must be knowledgeable in SEO, mobile applications, and social networking
• Must possess 5-7 years experience; including the ability to assign and edit content
• Must possess basic comprehension of HTML, Photoshop, and web-based publishing platforms
• Must understand taxonomy, content strategy and how they relate to news and real estate listings
