RKS Jr. Analyst/Testing Analyst

Computer services company seeking an RKS Jr. Analyst/Testing Analyst. This is a 100% telecommute position.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Participates in cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers

Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs

Co-ordinates work activities with the Global Delivery Network Team

Responsible for transitioning the client from implementation to the on- going team

Performs all other duties as assigned

Analyze Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Project Scope & Analysis and related Technical Specifications to ensure all required test case requirements are met.

Prepare test cases, identify data and perform test execution for front-end application (Web, AIS, IVR, etc.) testing across domains.

Manage defects and issues detected during execution.

Ability to interact with internal and external contacts to ensure test deliverables and client expectations are met during the testing phase.CEBS Certification is a plus

Location: Remote /NJ-Based company
