Telecommute Programmer/Manager - CA

Programmer needed for a fast-growing online marketing training company.

Incumbent will be responsible for general management of our current platform and team of programmers. Tasks include all areas of development and implementation using mostly PHP based scripts.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Must be able to continuously monitor and rapidly fix any system bugs or requested changes to our current system platform.

2.REALLY enjoys working with A+ level players- see yourself as an A+ candidate/contributor in your field.

3.In-depth knowledge of XHTML, Javascript, Ajax, PHP, MySQL, Photoshop, CSS2/3, Flash AS2/3

4.Must be able to address HTML and scripting compatibility issues between different browsers/computing platforms

5.Ability to understand and contribute to functional requirements and translate them into technical design/development projects. A technical visionary of sorts!

6. Leadership skills and management experience- preferably a programming team.

7. Comfortable working at a rapid pace, quick and efficient response time.

8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills

9.3+ years in a similar capacity

10. Wordpress development experience a big plus.
