On-Call Triage Nurse

Position is available for a Triage On Call Nurse to assist patients and their families or caregivers with afterhours nursing assessments over the phone.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with state license
• Must possess advanced assessment skills, at least 2 years of experience in general nursing with up to date hospice, home health, medical, surgical, or critical care, and preferably triage experience
• Bonuses: Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse
• Preference is given to candidates with experience in Pain and Symptom Management
• Must be highly accurate, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and must be able to pass a criminal background check
