Marketing Manager - National/Nationwide
Nationwide Markketing Company seeking Marketing Manager. This is primarily a virtual position, with occasional travel.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
- Provides integrated marketing services free of charge to high-end custom home builders nationwide.
- Marketing services include architectural photography, graphic design, off-set and digital print, website design, hosting and SEO.
- Projects are made possible by the financial contributions of a builders subcontractors and suppliers.
SKILLS/EXPERTISE REQUIRED
- Min. Bachelor's degree required, with a focus in marketing strategy, business development or similar preferred
- Min. 2-4 years of prior relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business marketing environment
- Successful performance in a matrix environment
- Successful performance in a virtual work environment (e.g., completing projects with team members in multiple locations)
- Successful performance in a unsupervised, work from home environment
- Demonstrated skills as a team player by leading through trust and professional respect
- Familiarity with the home building and/or real estate industries
- Experienced and comfortable on the phone and in webinar presentations
- Must be detail oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative and be self-motivated to complete projects independently with appropriate direction/feedback
- Flexibility and adaptability required
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence; a professional client-service manner
- Should be prepared to get into detailed work as well as provide strategic counsel/support (a "can-do" attitude)
- Superior writing and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create a broad mix of marketing communications, including marketing collateral, thought leadership, press releases, web content, internal communications materials, client success stories, roll-out/practitioner support tools
- Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRMs, Acrobat Connect, ReadyTalk or comparable web conferencing tools and online research.

- Total National Marketing Compensation for 2009 was approximately $72,000
- The opportunity will involve occasional travel, but is otherwise a work from home opportunity.
