Jr Developer / CSR
Company seeking a Jr. Developer Customer Service Rep. This is a potential telecommute full time position for right candidate. No travel required, unless being onsite for a customer would help accelerate problem resolution.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
- Rapidly growing software technology firm, specializes in SharePoint-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions
SKILLS/EXPERTISE REQUIRED
- 2-3+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 1-2+ years of .NET application development experience. Preferably C#
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Products and Technologies (WSS 2.0, WSS 3.0, SPS 2003, MOSS 2007)
- Good written and verbal skills
- Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation, K2.NET 2003, or K2 blackpearl a plus
- Previous ECM or BPM experience a plus
- Microsoft certifications a plus
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Work in product development team, supporting customers and partners that have implemented our StoragePoint and SmartDesk offerings
- Support activities will include handling the initial request for support, working with the customer/partner to determine the root cause, and develop a workaround/fix
- Additional activities that may be performed by this role include technical documentation, participating in product release test cycles, and/or development activities related to our internal systems and internet facing websites
- You will be exposed to leading edge technologies and given the opportunity to really accelerate your career
