Telephone Triage RN
Non-Profit Organization is seeking a Telephone Triage RN. Candidate will work after hours coordinating hospice and home care services, and providing clinical assistance to field staff. This is a work from home position; however, candidate must reside in San Francisco Bay Area.
- Must be an RN licensed in the state of California, and must possess recent triage or hospice nursing experience
- Must possess outstanding assessment and problem solving skills and be an exceptional communicator
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts/days: 5pm-9pm; 5pm-12:30am; 12:30am-8:30am
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
