Marketing Specialist for Online Retailer - CA Based

Online Retail Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to utilize SEO, blogs, e-newsletters, and social networking techniques to promote its products. Candidate will improve current product descriptions, as well as, upload information – images, descriptions, pricing, etc – for new products. This is an Independent Contractor position that offers 5-10 hours per week and pays $15 per hour; however, payment will be determined by candidate’s ability to complete projects on time.

• Must be currently pursuing a career in Marketing or PR with concentration in Online Marketing
• Must be very computer/web literate
• Must be adept at writing articles and product descriptions
• Must have extensive knowledge of social media networking online
• Preference is given to current college students seeking experience
• Must work onsite for training before working from home

Location: Online/Granite Bay, CA

Compensation: $15 per hour depending on performance
