Organizational Management Consultant - NJ Based

Research and Management Consultancy is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant. This position involves creating and executing proper project plans, analyzing client data, writing and editing reports, organizing focus groups, and presenting survey results. Candidate will also be responsible for client management, assisting with Business Development, documenting all sales in Salesforce.com, and will travel 50% of the time.

• Must be able to assist other team members as needed
• Must possess a BA or BS, preferably an advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
• Must possess 5-7 years experience in a professional services/organizational development environment
• Must be able to multitask, be an expert at MS Office Suite, be organized, and pay close attention to detail
• Must be able to build client relationships, and have considerable experience administering consulting services and advising clients
