Outbound Customer Service Representative
Email Marketing Service has a position available for an Outbound Customer Service Representative. Candidate will perform cold calls, provide email communications, and convert leads into new customers. Position also entails maintaining sales management database, following company policies, and attending sales, product, and marketing training.
Must have prior telesales experience that involved cold calling, qualifying and follow up; preferably selling software
