User Interface Web Designer

Company is seeking a User Interface Web Designer to update website. Must be able to developer user friendly, gorgeous, simple, creative, and intuitive layouts and graphics in a layered PSD file. Full time is available for candidate who can work onsite; otherwise position is part time on a freelance basis.
