Customer Support for Mac & iPhone
Small MAC & iPhone software development company is looking for a qualified person to handle client side tasks.
This position allows for flexible hours and the option to work from home. Some in-person meetings would be necessary. You would be needed 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities would include the following:
-Customer support & communication. You will provide email support, checking websites to answer questions about our products. You would also be running the company Twitter account. Responses need to be made in a timely matter to retain customers and increase sales.
-Bug sleuthing. This is a minimal part of the job, but you will need to figure out how to reproduce bugs that customers find or that you find yourself.
-Managing the in-app help and the online knowledge-base for our products.
-Marketing. You would help write PR materials, email bloggers, press, etc.
Candidate must possess the following skills:
-Must have strong electronic communication skills
-Must have a Mac, know how to use it well and enjoy using it.
-Must be comfortable using technical internet tools.
-Must be able to write some PR material
The following skills are not required, but are a bonus if you have:
-Have an iPhone
-Have design or web development experience
Location: Work from home/Athens, GA
Compensation: $12-15/hr
