Scheduler Administrative Assistant
Company located in West Eugene, OR has a position available for an Administrative Assistant. This position involves answering phones, setting appointments, estimating and service work, generating quotes, producing work orders and invoice via computer, making service sales, teaching clients about company’s services, and running errands.
- Must be enthusiastic and professional with proper phone etiquette
- Must have experience setting appointments/coordinating events
- Must have exceptional knowledge of Eugene and Lane County through years of residency
- Must possess outstanding computer skills, be capable of learning electrical billing software, and be able to perform retail math functions
- Must speak English, possess excellent proofreading and grammar skills, and be able to utilize Open Office software
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check
