Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer
Company has a position available for a Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer with 7+ years experience. Candidate will update 800 page System User Guide for a company specific internet pension administration system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Technical Communications, Instructional Technologies, or related discipline
- 5+ years experience in a corporate setting
- 3+ years experience with Technical Writing Best Practices
- 3+ years experience documenting processes/procedures for internet based systems
- Must have prior experience with Robohelp or similar program, the ability to analyze, design, and develop documents to validate corrections/updates, and a background in Instructional Design
- Bonus: Familiar with pension administration terminology
- Must reside in Columbus, OH and be available to work onsite majority of the time
Location: Partial Telecommute/Columbus/Dublin OH
