Senior Underwriter DE - Correspondent

Company is seeking 8 DE Underwriters to work from home underwriting conventional and Government loans. Candidates will provide review, analysis, and make final decisions on loan submissions. Must provide superior customer service and Loan Quality!

• Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess at least 2-3 years of underwriting experience conforming and non-conforming – FHA/DE required
• Must possess at least 6 years of mortgage banking; including Government Products
• Must possess superior customer service, interpersonal,  and communication skills
• Must be able to manage frequent changes, be able to work independently, possess problem solver skills; and be able to make credit decisions concerning loans
• Must have experience with PC loan origination system; Windows setup and configuration; and be able to handle confidential information
