Regional Director of 2010 Census

IMMEDIATE position is available for a Regional Director of 2010 Census. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a Bilingual Multimedia outreach/educational campaign in North Carolina and nearby states to encourage the Latino community’s participation in the 2010 Census population count. This position offers 20 hours per week, and some evenings and weekends are required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years public speaking/broadcast media experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Must be able to verbally instill the importance of Latino participation in the 2010 Census utilizing several forms of media
• Must possess outstanding computer skills and be knowledgeable with e-mail, word processing, database management, and spreadsheet software
• Must possess exceptional communication skills
• Must pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License and auto insurance

Location: Telecommute/Raleigh, NC

Compensation: $18.25 - $20.20 per hour
