Customer Technical Lead
Online Storage Provider has an opening for a Customer Technical Lead. Candidate will assist customers with troubleshooting; answer inquiries; develop web content; and communicate customer needs to development team.
- Must have exceptional knowledge of technical fundamentals; including SSH, FTP, SFTP, and HTTP; and also tracerout, ping, and dig
- Must possess exceptional Linux line command skills
- Must be an excellent listener; possess outstanding writing skills, and 2-3 years experience in a technical lead position
