Marketing Assistant
Law firm marketing company is looking to add two self-starters to the Marketing Team. This is a work from home position.
Job responsibilities include
-Setting up weekly emails in a web-based email marketing program
-Gathering and compiling statistical data in an Excel spreadsheet
-Maintaining and updating email databases
-Researching bounced emails both on the internet and via phone
-Compiling and maintaining multiple email lists
-Researching and compiling information on possible business leads via the internet
-Maintaining an on-line library of emails
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:
-Must be very technically sophisticated
-Must have direct experience with internet marketing & SEO strategies
-Must have a great work ethic
-Must have great English speaking and writing skills
-Must be well educated.
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel required
-Must have experience with CRM programs such as Infusionsoft, Interspire and Constant Contact
-Must have experience with large scale emailing programs a major plus
-Must have web and data entry experience
-Must be detail oriented
-Must be highly organized
-Must be a Superstar. A Superstar is someone who is in the top 5% of what you do.
-Must have a quiet home office
-Must have fast and stable cable internet
-Must be able to work during normal business hours
Bonus qualifications
-Experience working with law firms or attorneys
-Experience doing marketing, pr, and communications for a small business
-College graduates in marketing, pr, communications, or internet marketing are preferred.
Location: Work from home
Compensation: $10 to $14 per hour to start
