Technical Support Technicians

Company has an opening for a Technical Support Representative to multitask and perform 3 positions in one. Candidate will work at home to begin, and will serve as Tier II Support;  Level 1 Tier Support Technician; Level 2 Tier II Support Technician; and Technical Customer Service Manager.

• Must be able to pass Level 2 Security Clearance
• Must be professional, enthusiastic, possess internet connection, and have exceptional communication skills
