Entry Level Researcher

Real estate research firm is seeking a part-time, entry level research. This is a telecommute position.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:
-Must be able to multitask
-Must be enthusiastic
-Must have knowledge of real estate documents
-Must have excellent computer skills and experience with Excel
-Must enjoy researching websites
-Must be detail oriented
-Must have good written and verbal communication skills
-Must have a college education
-Must have excellent problem solving skills
-Must be able to function in a face-paced environment
-Must have a strong sense of urgency to prioritize and meet deadlines
-Must have a stable work history
-Must have advanced knowledge of PC Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and Internet skills.
