Benefit Coder
Opportunity is available for a Benefit Coder to work in a telecommuting position. This position involves clarifying business coding; building coding grids and test plans/schedules; inputting data; conducting validation efforts; communicating with clientele; analyzing issues; providing documentation; creating reports; and comparing results from test data.
- Must have experience with healthcare and benefits coding
- Must be knowledgeable regarding benefit terminology
- Must have 1 year experience processing health care claims
- Must have knowledge of GEM system; software QA testing; adding and processing claims in NASCO claim system; and 1 year processing claims on the NPS
