Technical Support Agent
Company is looking to find a qualified computer support specialists to provide technical assistance to its customers. Candidates will be providing troubleshooting assistance for Microsoft Windows-based computers over the phone. This is a work from home position.
Ideal candidate must possess the following requirements:
- Must have 2+ years experience in PC troubleshooting
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Must have experience in troubleshooting Windows 95, 98, 2000, and XP
- Must have experience in LAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Must be skilled in both software and hardware troubleshooting
- Must have high speed broadband internet access
- Must be willing to work from home
Location: Work from home
Compensation: $15 to $24 per hour + bonuses
