HECM Reverse Mortgage Counselor

Company has an opportunity for an HECM Reverse Mortgage Counselor to work from home 20 hours per week. Must possess a background in Finance/Real Estate, and be able to pass AARP HECM counselors exam.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, family and consumer services, or accounting
• Must be able to work with senior citizens and their families
• Must be able to work with Metro Community Development and with non-profit agencies, for-profit companies, and education/faith-based organizations
• Must be willing to work some nights and weekends

Location: Work at Home

Compensation: Negotiable/ range of $25-$35 per counseling session; or $8 - $10 per hour
