Bilingual Live Operator Independent Contractor
Company is looking for Bi-lingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) Independent Contractor Live Operators with flexible hours. This is a Work at Home Independent Contractor position.
Hours:
Work at home between the hours of 3 P.M CST to 9 P.M. CST or 1 P.M. PST to 7 P.M. PST Mon-Fri and every other weekend. For your flexibility, you can choose to work shifts as little as 2 hours a day up to 8 hours.
Pay:
As an Inbound Live Operator Verification Agent you will earn a guaranteed minimum $9.00 per hour for weekdays and $9.50 for weekends (bilingual operators only).
Pay increases are at the discretion of the company and are based on schedule compliance and quality!
Minimum Requirements include:
-Quiet home-office or setting
-A personal computer running Microsoft XP or Microsoft Vista
-At least 1GB RAM
-CPU (processor) of at least a Pentium 4 1.6GHz or higher
-Internet Explorer 6.0
-Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and a working printer
-A paid email provider that provides enough space to receive fairly large documents
-Reliable DSL or Cable HIGH SPEED internet access (dialup or satellite not acceptable)
-Current anti-virus software and Ad-aware software
-AOL Instant Messenger account
-A second phone line (already installed) dedicated to accepting inbound calls, with no features (no VOIP, no call waiting, voice mail etc...)
-At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred, but not required (inbound or outbound call center)
