Web Page Layout Designer

Company is seeking an experienced web page layout designer to create all pages for the site.  This individual must be able to take an image (.psd), slice it and then create the pages needed for a website design using XHTML and CSS. Layouts will include forms elements, images, etc. This is a telecommute position.

Ideal candidate must have the following:
-Knowledge or understanding of the concept of programming as it relates to the layout of a web page
-Experience using XHTML/CSS

Location: Work from home
Compensation: $15-$20/hr
